Please read this document carefully before using r129's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and r129 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the r129 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. r129 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using r129, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.

Account registration requirements

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on r129. Registering multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other dishonest purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. r129 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in accordance with compliance requirements.

Account security responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. r129 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify r129 immediately via the support email.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of r129 agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to manipulate games or platform systems.
Disrupting the operation of the platform, servers, or networks connected to r129.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial transactions.

Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.
Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.

R129 reserves the right to take action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities, upon detection of any of the above violations.

MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the r129 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to the user.

Deposit

Deposits are processed via the payment methods listed on the platform. Minimum deposit limits and processing times vary depending on the chosen method. Successful deposits are credited instantly or within the timeframe specified by the selected method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method or registered bank account used for deposits. r129 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal limits apply and processing may take 1–3 business days.

Transaction Disputes

Any transaction dispute must be reported to r129 within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed. Platform transaction records are final unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform limitation of liability

R129 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or service disruptions arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, except where directly caused by r129's own negligence.

The platform is provided "as is" and r129 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or system failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

Intellectual property & external links

All content on the r129 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of r129 or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Where the platform contains links to third-party websites, r129 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Closure & Governing Law

Account suspension and closure

R129 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request by a lawful authority. Where closure is due to a user's violation, any account balance linked to the offending activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be withdrawn and processed in accordance with r129's standard procedures.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent arbitration body or court in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
